This summer, we traveled to Taiwan to conduct a series of interviews with farmers, sellers, local historians, and industry professionals. Naturally, we found some tea that we wanted to share.

From May-August of 2023, we've acquired an exciting batch of new teas from partners in Yunnan and Guangdong. Here's a retrospective of the latest and greatest that's come in.

There are two distinct strains of Bi Luo Chun (碧螺春) plants that are sold. Despite sharing the same name, they have nothing in common. The well-known strain is found in Mainland China, while the other comes from near Taipei (San Xia) and is a completely separate cultivar.

With the latest collection update, we cater to both beginners who seek reliable first pieces as well as collectors in search of new adorations.
